How it Works –

These targeted stress reduction techniques are delivered in 20 minute sessions, although this can vary. In addition to the treatment time 5 minutes is usually taken to allow a consultation with our therapist before any treatment is given. This ensures complete safety.

The person receiving the treatment remains fully clothed.

If you are having the seated chair massage the therapist will eases tension and increased circulation in key muscle groups using a combination of massage and acupressure points to leave you relaxed and calm, yet energised and alert.

We also offer On-Site Reiki and Reflexology treatments.

All our therapists are insured and are fully qualified in all treatments given.

Therapists working over two hours may require a short break, which you do not have to pay for.

If you would like to test our On-Site Therapy service as a one-off, please get in touch regarding our trial discount offer.

The treatments can  be booked as one off - on weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions depending on your needs.

As part of our on-site service we offer the following treatments:

ON-SITE CHAIR MASSAGE

The person receiving the treatment is seated in a special chair and remains fully clothed. This massage is to the upper part of the body - neck, head, shoulders, back and arms. It is similar to Indian Head Massage and also

includes acupressure points This massage leaves you feeling relaxed and calm, yet energised and alert.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is the practice of working the reflexes of the feet. Every part of the body is represented on these different reflexes of the feet. Reflexology stimulates the circulation, encourages healing through the body with the elimination of toxins and impurities. It also helps us to relax and deal with stress better and balances the whole body.

REIKI

For a Reiki treatment you lie fully clothed on a treatment couch and the

therapist lightly places her hands in various positions from the head down.

The therapist has been attuned in the practice of Reiki. Physically and emotionally this can release blocked areas and toxins. It balances, harmonizes and restores your energy system. Psychologically 20 minutes treatment is equal to 1.1/2 hours deep sleep. It is an effective stress reliever. There is no contra-indications to Reiki as it is a non evasive treatment and can be given to anyone even if they are on medication or have an illness.

You can customise your own program depending on your needs, your budget, the number

of participants and time available.

Cost for on-site is relatively inexpensive per person

compared to other gifts or programs you may consider for your employees.

It is also beneficial to their health and increases work productivity.
