How to grounding yourself, be more positive and confident

The following should be done daily:-

 

GROUNDING

 

Try and “Ground yourself” every morning.

 

Imagine that you have thick fibrous roots growing        

 

out of the bottomof your feet.

 

These roots are going deep down into the Earth –

 

as you  visualise these roots growing down into the

 

Earth say to yourself

 

“I am Grounded”

 

 ...............................................................

 

 

 

The Zip Up

 

This allows you to be more positive, confident and to think

 

more clearly. It also protects you from negative energies.

 

It can be done as often as you wish and it is very good for

social situations and meeting people especially if you are

sensitive to crowds and other people’s energies.

 

Rub the palms of your hands together. Place your hand-

 

palm facing your body at the public bone.

 

Inhale deeply as you move up to meet your lower lip.

Imagine you pulling closed a zip.

 

 

Whilst zipping yourself up- three times say the following statement -

 

“I am zipped up and protected”
