The Presence of Angels and their Effect

“As people become consciously aware of angels, the veil between our world and theirs becomes thinner. Angels wish for and seek contact and communication with you on a daily basis. You don’t need to be clairvoyant or psychic to experience angelic contact – just open and receptive.

Angels are among us now more than ever with increasing numbers of people reporting encounters, healing remedies, lifesaving measures an timely messages. The angels know that it is time for us to heal ourselves, our lives and our world. The angels are helping us heal the challenges and ills that keep us from living at our highest potential.

Angels are a bridge into the heavenly realms. Angels convey a world beyond our normal sight which is around us and within us all.

Angelic contact varies greatly from person to person and in many different forms. Some people see angels in human-like form complete with wings, whilst others are able to see angels with their mind’s eye. Some people see coloured swirling lights, and others encounter angels through their dreams or during meditation. Other people are able to feel angelic wings encircling and enfolding them and others encounter angels by being surrounded by a beautiful energy signature.”

The following should be done daily:-

Try and “Ground yourself” every morning.

Imagine that you have thick fibrous roots growing

out of the bottomof your feet.

These roots are going deep down into the Earth –

as you  visualise these roots growing down into the

Earth say to yourself

“I am Grounded”

The Zip Up

This allows you to be more positive, confident and to think

more clearly. It also protects you from negative energies.

It can be done as often as you wish and it is very good for

social situations and meeting people especially if you are

sensitive to crowds and other people’s energies.

Rub the palms of your hands together. Place your hand-

palm facing your body at the public bone.

Inhale deeply as you move up to meet your lower lip.

Imagine you pulling closed a zip.

Whilst zipping yourself up- three times say the following statement -

“I am zipped up and protected”

Be Not Afraid....

Physical reality is a dense energetic opportunity for

the soul's expansion. Not all of it is pretty, not all of it

is easy to comprehend.  However, the moments

offered are a perspective that is not so available in

the spiritual realm.

Seek the expression boldly, as you have created it

for your own purpose.  Your actions in difficulty offer

a window to who you are.

Be not afraid as you are not alone in all the trials

and tribulations.  Dig deep into your energy to find

the purpose of your soul while embracing the lesson

that has been created to serve your energy.

Feel the hand of your entity as it brushes away the

tear from your eye.  Know that all who love you are

encircling you with their love.

Be not afraid.  It does not serve the moment.

Be connected to your soul who has created your life.

Know that you are not alone.  Feel the warmth and

let it embrace your heart.

The hurt will subside in the connection.

You are treasured by all those who love you in spirit.

Rejoice in that feeling and be not afraid.

In fact be quite the opposite.....Bold.

Our auras are like magnets picking up vibrational energies that are floating around everywhere we go. It is important to cleanse our auras freeing them of foreign vibrations and negative energies. Here are a few simple ways to do it.

Difficulty: Easy

Time Required: 10 - 15 minutes

Here's How:

Using your fingers as a comb, comb through the space surrounding your body from head to toe.

Clean your hands with running water before and after doing this.

Stand under a waterfall or shower.

Walking in the rainfall.

Run freely and playfully in the wind.

Using a single feather or feather whisk make sweeping motions through the space surrounding your body.

Smudge the area surrounding your body with the smoke from sage, lavender, and/or sweet grass.

Immerse and soak your body in an Epsom salt bath.

Turkey or owl feathers are especially good feathers to use for sweeping the aura.

Take care to do some deep breathing exercises while cleansing your aura to aid in flushing your inner body.

To help balance your light body and align your chakra energy system repeat each of the incantations listed below.

Speak the first part of the phrase out loud as you inhale.

Speak the second part of the phrase as you exhale.

Repeat each of the twelve incantation ten times.

When you are finished you will feel centred and balanced

Meditation - Your Cleansing Room

You are going to create a cleansing room for yourself –

This will be your room -no one else can enter it.

This cleansing room can be decorated and have in it what ever you want – large shower – marble sunken bath - white tiles – fluffy towels – candles - lovely scented bath or shower gel. Candles - Flowers - It is up to you.

Take some time to decide what you would like in your room. Visualise your room and feel at home and relaxed in it.

When you are ready and you can visualise your room very clearly – imagine lying in a lovely bubble bath and feel all your cares slipping away.

When you feel tired – drained or just need a pick up – all you have to do is imagine your room then do the following meditation:-

(Step 1) Place both feet on the ground and mentally prepare for your meditation.

Begin by grounding and centring yourself.

Close your eyes and imagine (visualise) that thick fibrous

roots growing from your feet and also from the base of your spine.

These roots are going down into the Earth. Going down through

all the layers of Earth and Minerals into the core of the earth.

When they reach the core of the Earth they are going to Anchor

themselves into it and you will feel very grounded.

(Step 2) Next follow this simple breathing exercise to relax your physical body:

Breath in through your nose and release very slowly through your

mouth. Repeat this three times then unconsciously continue breathing

this way through the meditation.

If you notice any mind cluttering thoughts, imagine them floating

away in a bubble. (Don’t worry if this seems difficult – it takes

practice before being able to completely quiet your mind. You will

still be able to meditate.)

Below is a good way of using your room to destress and bring calm

to your mind and body:-

Imagine(visualise) the following:

Walk over to your shower. Enter it and feel the lovely warm water coming

down around you. As you stand under your shower imagine that all your worries

and cares are going down the plug hole with the water.

If you prefer to have a bath – enjoy lying in your bath feeling very relaxed and

when you have finished - before you get out of the bath - pull out the plug and

imagine all your cares going down the plug hole with the bath water)

When you have finished your shower or bath you notice that at the other end

of the room there is a pedestal – walk over and stand on to this pedestal -

as you do so a lovely warming bright light comes on and shines down on you

like sunlight. It feels warming and energising.

As you stand under this light you can feel your body being energised as the

beautiful white lights shines all around you.

Relish in these feelings – You feel at peace and energised.

Stay here for as long as you want – it’s your space.

When you are ready – feel your feet on the ground – your bottom on the seat

and open your eyes.
